Prof. Yinqiang Zheng, The University of Tokyo, Japan(Senior Member of IEEE, Member of ACM)
Dr.Yinqiang Zheng received his Doctoral degree of engineering from the Department of Mechanical and Control Engineering, Tokyo Institute of Technology, Tokyo, Japan, in 2013. He is currently a full professor in the Next Generation Artificial Intelligence Research Center, The University of Tokyo, Japan, leading the Optical Sensing and Camera System Laboratory (OSCARS Lab.). He has published a serial of research papers that bridge optical imaging and machine learning, leading to a promising research direction of AI x Optics. In collaboration with Canon and Hitachi, he was leading the development and commercialization of multiband photo-acoustic imaging system and microscopic fluorescent imaging system. He has served as area chair for CVPR, ICCV, MM, 3DV, ACCV, MVA et al. He is a recipient of Funai Academic Award 2023.
Prof. Surinder Singh, Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology, India(Senior Member of IEEE)
Dr. Surinder Singh is currently working as Professor, Electronics & Communication Engg. Department and Dean (R&C), SLIET, Longowal, India. His field of interest is optical fiber communication and networks, antenna, and optical sensor design. He has more 180 research papers, out of which 110 are in SCI international journals with impact factor, and others are in international conferences. All Journal papers have the Thomson Reuter impact factor and are from good press like IEEE, Elsevier, Springer, Taylor & Francis, and SPIE etc. He has two book chapter of International Publisher, has 04 patents (01 awarded and 3 published) under state Intellectual Property Office of the People’s Republic of China and 01 patent (published) under Indian Patent Office. He also handles 13 research projects (09 completed and 03 ongoing) as a principal investigator and 01 research project as a co-principle investigator sponsored by various government agencies like DST, SERB, AICTE etc. He has guided 14 Ph.D. research scholars, and 05 Ph.D. research scholars are under the guidance. He has guided more than 32 M. Tech. research thesis. Punjab Science Academy, Patiala also award him India for Best work in telecommunication in 2013. He has delivered several expert talks and chairs a session at the international and national level. He is also the Telmonika Journal editor, Indonesia, and reviewers of various journals and conferences like IEEE, Elsevier, Springer, etc. He has organized the National Conference and Short terms courses under AICTE and TEQIP grant. He is Senior member of IEEE. He was also recognized by the Stanford university as a top 2% scientist in the world.
Prof. Mário F. S. Ferreira, University of Aveiro, Portugal(Member of IEEE, a Senior Member and a Travelling Lecturer of both OPTICA (Optical Society of America) and SPIE)
Mário F. S. Ferreira graduated in Physics from the University of Porto, Portugal, and received the Ph.D. degree in Physics in 1992 from the University of Aveiro, Portugal, where he is now a Professor at the Physics Department. Between 1990 and 1991 he was at the University of Essex, UK, performing experimental work on external cavity semiconductor lasers and nonlinear optical fiber amplifiers. His research interests have been concerned with the modelling and characterization of multi-section semiconductor lasers for coherent systems, quantum well lasers, optical fiber amplifiers and lasers, soliton propagation, polarization and nonlinear effects in optical fibers. He is actually the leader of the Optics and Optoelectronics Group of the I3N – Institute of Nanostructures, Nanomodelling and Nanofabrication. He has written about 400 scientific journal and conference publications, and several books, He was the Guest Editor of four Special Issues of “Fiber and Integrated Optics” (Taylor & Francis): “Fiber Optics in Portugal” (2005), “Nonlinear Fiber Optics” (2015), “Optical Fiber Sources and Amplifiers” (2020) and “Quantum Communications” (2020), a joint Special Issue of “Optics Express” and “Applied Optics” (OSA) on “Optical Sensors and Sensing 2019”, one Special Issue of the “Journal of Nonlinear Mathematical Physics” (Springer) on “Complex Ginzburg-Landau Equation”, and two Special Issues of “Fibers” (MDPI) on “Optical Fiber Communications” and “Specialty Optical Fibers – Material, Fabrication and Applications” (2022), and and a Special Issue of “Fibers” (MDPI) on “Optical Fiber Communications” (2020). He is Member of IEEE, a Senior Member and a Travelling Lecturer of both OPTICA (Optical Society of America) and SPIE - The International Society for Optics and Photonics, He served in various committees of OSA and of SPIE, as well as in the organizing and scientific committees of various international conferences. Actually, he serves also as an Associate Editor or as an Advisor Board Member of several international journals in the area of optics and photonics.
Prof. Pin Han, National Chung Hsing University, Taiwan(Member of SPIE, OSA, TPS, TSOD)
Pin Han received the Ph.D. degree inphysics from the University of Arizona, Tucson, AZ, USA, in 1996. He is currently a Distinguished Professor with the Graduate Institute of Precision Engineering, National Chung Hsing University, Taichung, Taiwan. His current research interests include optical engineering and polychromatic diffraction. So far he has published more than 100 SCI articles and 40 patents. He was elected as SPIE Fellow in 2023.

Professor Vladimir G. Chigrinov is Professor of Hong Kong University of Science and Technology since 1999. He is an Expert in Flat Panel Technology in Russia, recognized by the World Technology Evaluation Centre, 1994, and SID Fellow since 2008. He is an author of 6 books, 31 reviews and book chapters, about 322 journal papers, more than 677 Conference presentations, and 121 patents and patent applications including 38 US patents in the field of liquid crystals since 1974. He got Excellent Research Award of HKUST School of Engineering in 2012. He obtained Gold Medal and The Best Award in the Invention & Innovation Awards 2014 held at the Malaysia Technology Expo (MTE) 2014, which was hosted in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, on 20-22 Feb 2014. He is a Member of EU Academy of Sciences (EUAS) since July 2017. He got A Slottow Owaki Prize of SID in 2018 . He is 2019 Distinguished Fellow of IETI (International Engineering and Technology Institute).
Since 2018 he works as Professor in the School of Physics and Optoelectronics Engineering in Foshan University, Foshan, China. 2020-2024 Vice President of Fellow of Institute of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence (IDSAI) Since 2021 distinguished Fellow of Institute of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence.

Prof. Dr. Noor Zaman Jhanjhi (N.Z Jhanjhi) stands as a distinguished senior Professor, Academician, Researcher, and Scientist in the field of Computer Science, specializing in Cybersecurity. Prof. Jinhui Song, Dalian University of Technology, China
Prof. Jinhui Song received his B.S. degree from Department of Physics at Nankai University, China in 1998; his M.S. degree in School of Physics at Georgia Institute of Technology, U.S. in 2003; and his Ph.D. degree in School of Materials Science and Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, U.S. in 2008. He carried out his Post-Doctoral Fellowship in Georgia Institute of Technology from 2008-2011. Then, Prof. Song worked as a tenure track assistant professor in Department of Metallurgical and Materials Engineering, the University of Alabama, U.S. from 2011-2015. Starting from 2016, Prof. Song joined School of Mechanical Engineering, Dalian University of Technology, China as professor and the director of Institute of Vibration and Sensor Engineering. Prof. Song’s research interests include synthesizing and characterizing nanostructured materials; studying mechanical, electrical, piezoelectrical, photoelectrical properties of nanomaterials; and fabricating piezoelectrical nanogenerators, energy cell, photoelectric nanosensors and other nanodevices. Till to March. 2021, Prof. Song has authored or co-authored more than 100 journal articles, 5 US patents, and 10+ China Patens. The total citations of his paper are over 20,000 times.
