Welcome to the official website of the 2nd International Conference on Optical Communication and Optoelectronic Technology [OCOT 2025]. The conference will be held in Changsha, China, from July 18-20, 2025!
With the fast developing of information age, researchers in different fields have begun to make studies on some new ideas and methods related to the Optical Communication and Optoelectronic Technology. The OCOT is an international forum, which can provide a fantastic platform for researchers, scholars as well as experts to showcase their research results in the fields of Optical Communication and Optoelectronic Technology.
The leading researchers, scholars and experts of the fields will be brought together to attend the international conference. We warmly welcome the prospective authors who are interested in the fields to submit their up-to-date and original research papers to the OCOT 2025 Organizing Committee so as to share their valuable experience with the leading researchers, scholars as well as experts of the fields around the world.
OCOT2025 is organized by Information Engineering & Science Research Center.

Papers submitted to OCOT 2025 will be peer-reviewed by committees, accepted full papers will be published by Proceedings of SPIE-The International Society for Optical Engineering (ISSN: 0277786X) in the Proceedings, which will be submitted to SPIE Digital Library and indexed by EI Compendex, Scopus, etc. Excellent papers will be selected and published on SCI and EI journals. SPIE publications are listed in the latest EI Compendex Source List.

submission and revision. Failing to submit a complete set of editable
source files will result in your article not being considered for
review. For your manuscript text please always submit in common word
processing formats such as .docx or LaTeX. To ensure the quality of the articles, all articles submitted to OCOT will be reviewed by 2-3 rounds of reviewers and the articles will be checked for duplication. 1. After the papers is submitted, one of our editors will check if it has potential problem of plagiarism, papers not passing the plagiarism check will be desk rejected immediately.; 2. The papers that pass the pre-review will be assigned to 2-3 reviewers in the corresponding field for blind review, and give review opinions; 3. The review results and opinions will be returned to the author for modification; 4. The modified paper needs to be modified according to the opinions, and submit the modification instructions; 5. The modified paper and instructions will be returned to the
reviewers for another review; 6. If the reviewers approve the revised version of the manuscript, then the Editor-in-Chief will make a final decision on acceptance for the publication.
